2013 - Bertram  - Syncrude
Zeljko, this new Auger Report (which I understand may bear my name) is a significant improvement over the hand written one.  Yesterday we reported 17 holes on the same report without any confusion.  I also would recommend that we have one report for the day shift and one report for the night shift. 
Thanks to **** for initiating it and for the Well Masters team to keep it a simple but effective report.
